Heather mentored me through the business start-up process in 2020. She used her extensive knowledge and experience to guide, challenge and encourage me to make key decisions about my service offering, potential client base, competition, marketing, business structure and finance. Heather is easy to get on with, and really took the time to understand my needs and personality so she could tailor her advice.

I just wanted to say, I have really enjoyed the business course this term, its been the highlight of my week! I think it was run brilliantly and is always engaging and fun. If there were more opportunities in the future I definitely would, and I’m sure the others would as well, love to do the course again or something similar.
